Apple Tree - First unofficial meeting

First unofficial Apple Tree meeting was happened on Friday 9th Jul in India's capital city Delhi.

Attendees were : Prajil (Delhi) Stanley (Dubai) & Sumesh (Agra)

Agenda was : - Make it happen.

We have decided  to go ahead with our Apple Tree alumni. We have contacted some of our pals and informed them about Apple Tree and encourage to inform other about our small step for the future and fellowship.

We can  make changes if we are together.

Note : - After our  meeting we have enjoyed bit sight seeing in Delhi and Agra.  Thanks to Sumesh for the Military cottage stay in Agra, it was horrible lol ....   (Some pictures regarding our first meeting will be coming soon...)

The apple tree was established in 2010 to enhance the relationship between Sreekrishna college and its alumni (2000-2003 Bsc physics)thereby encouraging excellence in its graduates.

Mission Statement:

To encourage and promote alumni participation in the apple tree community through service and leadership and to facilitate the lifelong role each has as stewards of Sreekrishna college

Four main goals of the apple tree

1. Strengthen the bond between Sreekrishna college and its alumni community.
2. Assist in the organization and development of continuous and effective programs of action in promoting the welfare of the Sreekrishna college and its alumni.
3. Contribute to the growth and development of the facilities and educational programs of the Sreekrishna college.
4. Assist Sreekrishna college in the area of finance, student recruitment and promotion.

Vision Statement

The primary role of the apple tree is to provide a clear vision of the importance of alumni to the mission of the people and to develop, sustain and expand opportunities for alumni. The apple tree also fosters and strengthens the intellectual and spiritual connections to the Sreekrishna community, and provides all alumni with a range of programs and services that will engage them with the apple tree and with each other.
